The Senior class of MSJ will have their Baccalaureate Mass at St. Peter Church at 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 7.

 

PRIEST APPRECIATION DAY

Court St. Rose #1100 C.D.A. cordially invites everyone to attend a buffet brunch in honor of Fr. Corley and Fr. Thibodeau on June 14 at 12 noon at the Trak Inn Restaurant on Lake Bomoseen. The cost of the buffet brunch is $8.00 for adults; $4.00 for children up to age 10 and $6.00 for children 11 and up through high school. There will be sign up sheets at the entrances of the Church on Sunday, May 31^st and June 7^th. Let us show Fr. Corley and Fr. Thibodeau our appreciation by attending the buffet brunch. BISHOP’S FUND

This year, the Bishop’s Fund is making strides to conserve resources. As a Parish, driven and conscious of being good stewards of all God’s gifts, we have opted to assist the Diocese in conservation efforts and to provide you information and an opportunity to support the needs of our faithful around Vermont. Next week our parish will be distributing information about the Bishop’s Fund and how we can give as a parish to show our commitment as a member of the Holy Catholic Church. We are asking all parishioners to participate this year so we can support the growing needs across our Diocese. Please prayerfully consider how you can help this year. On June 20, we will have an appreciation dinner for all

 

our adult volunteers from St. Peter and St. Dominic.

 

Everyone who volunteers in both parishes are invited:

 

1. Liturgical Volunteers:  Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Music ministry, Ushers, Greeters, and those who help to decorate our Churches.

 

2. Religious Education:  Teachers & Volunteers.

 

3. Parish Council and their Committees.

 

4. Those who help at our social and parish events such as St. Peter’s Picnic, St. Dominic’s dinners and the Catholic Daughters of America events.

 

5. Community ministry such as the Dismas House, Food shelf, etc.

 

6. Legion of Mary
