PROCTOR COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS CHORUS would like to get another group of dedicated singers
together for a concert for next Christmas, 2010. It would be directed by
Sherrill Blodgett, Professor of Choral Instruction at Castleton State College,
with accompaniment by her husband. If you would like to sing in the chorus a
year from this Christmas, beginning in mid-October 2010, with evening
rehearsals once a week, please call Mary Perkins at 459-2022.

TO ALL PARENTS of a child that hasn’t yet received 1st
Communion: there has been a change in
guidelines. The Diocese requires that this sacrament be a two year preparation
class. This means that children will receive the sacrament of reconciliation at
the end of Grade 2 and 1st Communion will be celebrated at the end
of Grade 3. All children who have not received these sacraments must complete both years.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is now available each Friday, from

THE SISTERS OF ST. JOSEPH
After each Mass at St.
Peter’s on Saturday and Sunday, September 26/27, raffle tickets will be
available for the benefit of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Pay $1.00 for one
chance or $5.00 for a book of six chances. The top prize is $3,000, second
prize is $1,000 and the next five prizes are $100 each. The drawing will be
held on Columbus Day weekend, Oct. 12th, in

RCIA PROGRAM
FOR BELIEVERS AND WOULD-BE BELIEVERS
The RCIA process is designed
to help persons in one or more of the following groups:
RCIA is the process of
learning and living the message of Jesus as revealed in the Scriptures and in
Catholic tradition. The program explores the teachings, practices, and history
of the Catholic Church – so that each person involved in the process comes to
enjoy a fuller, richer understanding of God and his/her relationship to God and

Confirmation program through St. Peter’s/St. Dominic’s Faith Formation Program.
