Recognizing Signs of Child Sexual
Abuse
Changes in behavior, extreme
mood swings, withdrawal, fearlessness, excessive crying, bed-wetting,
nightmares, fear of going to bed, sleep disorders, and a fear of certain
places, people, or activities can be signs that a child has been traumatized by
sexual abuse.

ANNA’S ORPHANAGE UPDATE
FROM SR.
DOROTHY PILKINGTON
As the season of Lent draws to a close, I am reminded of the many
sacrifices Our Circle of Love family made for the precious little gifts at St.
Anna’s Orphanage. Presently we have twenty little ones from the ages of two and
one-half months to a little over two years. During Advent, school children of
all ages, families and friends made sacrifices to assist us with the necessary
finances to purchase a new family size washer and dryer plus a stove! How God
blessed us as many in Our Circle of Love requested their Christmas gifts to be
a donation for the children of Uwemba! To all, we say THANK YOU. Please
remember that daily you are in our prayers, Triduum of Masses several times a
year and monthly Masses.
