Beginning on Monday, April 27, the weekday Mass at St. Peter Church will be celebrated in the Church.

 

This Weekend, April 25/26, is Mission Appeal Weekend at St. Peter and St. Dominic. Brother Terence Skorka, C.P., will be telling us about the people throughout the Mission World served by Passionist Overseas Missions. The Passionists, as well as other groups of Priests, Brothers, Sisters, and Lay Missionaries are serving daily in the Overseas Missions bringing the message of Christ, the Good News of Salvation, to people of Mission Lands.

ST. PETER FUEL RAFFLE

 

We’d like to thank everyone who attended our Fuel Raffle Dinner on Saturday, April 18. We had our Grand Prize drawings and the winners were:

Ron Delehanty - $200.00

 

Trey and Heidi Senecal sold 50/50 tickets and the winner of that drawing was Grace Rizzico. She won $93.00!

 

The food was outstanding as always – thank you to Dick LaVictorie and his crew.

St. Peter Event Committee

COLLEGE OF ST. JOSEPH SOCCER CAMP will be held on June 29 – July 3 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the CSJ Soccer Field. Any girl or boy entering 3rd-6th grade in the fall are eligible. The Camp will be directed by Ray Fish, the men’s head soccer coach at CSJ. The cost is $80 per student and $65 for each additional family member. A $25 deposit is due with registration. Flyers will be available at schools and stores throughout Rutland and the surrounding areas. Every camper will receive a t-shirt, soccer ball and certificate.

 

EUCHARISTIC ADORATION AT MSJ

Come visit with Jesus. The Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is now available each Friday, from 12:00 – 2:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Chapel at MSJ, 127 Convent Ave., Rutland. All are welcome. Come spend 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour. Come pray, sit, reflect and listen to Our Lord. You will not be sorry. If you have any questions, call 775-0151. Use the main entrance to MSJ. Exposition will be available on the following Friday’s in May:  1, 8, 15, 22 & 29.

 


 

St. Dominic’s Annual Spaghetti Supper

 

Saturday, April 25th in Father Crowley Hall

6:00 PM until all are served

 

The menu includes:

spaghetti and meatballs, salad, bread, beverages and dessert.

 

Adults: $7.00; children under 12: $3.00

 

Please join us for a delicious supper and a chance to socialize with your fellow parishioners.
