bottle drive – Receptacles are
still in the Church for drop off. Bottle drive will continue throughout the

Education year. There are a few teacher openings that need to be filled by

FUND UPDATE
Thank you for your continued support of the diocesan ministries and
programs through the Bishop’s Fund. We are getting closer to our goal. St.
Peter’s has raised a total of $24,368.00 of their $38,690.00 goal and St.
Dominic’s has raised a total of $5,410.00 of their $10,295.00 goal. Please
respond as quickly as possible by picking up a pledge card, pledging online at www.vermontcatholic.org/pledge,
or call the Bishop’s Fund office at 802-658-6110.
Dear St. Peter Parishioners:
The Community Cupboard would like to thank you for your second quarter
contribution of 247 food items. Your year to date total is 616. We are
dependent on charitable contributors like you. Without continued support from
our community, churches, businesses, schools and organizations, we would not be
able to provide much needed food assistance to 13,000 people annually. Please
pass along our continued gratitude to your employees and members. Again, we
appreciate your generosity this year in helping us supply emergency food to
those in need. Thanks to you, the Community Cupboard continues to be a valuable

St. Peter Parish would like
to invite you to join us in celebrating the Feast of the Assumption at our
annual picnic (everyone from St. Dominic’s is invited also). Hot dogs, Italian
sausage, salads, soda, dessert and more will be served.
There will be music and the
women of the parish will be selling Italian cookies and other delicacies to
benefit the St. Anthony’s Guild.
