WELCOME HOME MASS WEEKEND
A Rutland Deanery-Wide
“Welcome Home” Mass Weekend is scheduled for March 24 and 25, 2012, the weekend
before Palm Sunday. Each parishioner will be asked to invite a Catholic family
member or friend who has not been to Mass recently “back” to church that
weekend. In conjunction with the “Welcome Home” events, a film entitled “Why I
Love the Mass” is being produced in Rutland Deanery parishes, featuring
parishioners of all ages speaking as few or as many words as they’d like as to
why they love going to Mass. If you would like to participate in the video,
please plan to stay after the

“CABIN
FEVER” POTLUCK DINNER
WHEN:
WHERE: MSJ Gym
TIME:
COST: $0
Do you have a favorite recipe or ethnic specialty you’d like to share
with others? This is a great time to show it off.
This is not a fundraiser, just a time for all of us to get together,
brave the cold, and share our food, conversation and laughter.
The following will be provided:
paper plates (large and small), cups, napkins, plastic ware, salt &
pepper and sugar.
To help you figure out which great dish you’d like to bring, we thought
we’d break it out by last name:
A – F – Main Dish
G – M – Side Dish (salad, bread/butter, fruit,
vegetable)
N – R – Dessert
S – Z – Drinks (hot and cold)
If you’d like to bring something that is not in your designated last
name group, please feel free to bring it along.
It will be interesting to see all the various dishes. We hope to see a
lot of people and a wide variety of great food.
If you have any questions, please contact:
Sue Ahearn – 775-7398 or susanahearn@isvt.com
Joe Eno – 773-3665 or eandggraphicsjoe@aol.com
