ADOPT A CHARITY
The K-6 Religious Education
program at St. Dominic’s will be colleting items in their giving boxes for the
Rutland County Humane Society for the month of October. Their wish list for
donations is as follows:
Dog or cat food, cat litter, paper towels, cardboard scratch
boxes, litter boxes (new only), cat & dog toys, copy paper, small paper
plates, cat & dog treats, garbage bags, bedding and dog leashes. (A
complete list can be found at www.RCHSVT.org.
The giving box is located in the rear of both churches. Please do not send: open bags of food or treats, used toys, used
food dishes or used litter boxes, wire crates and no electric blankets.
The RCHS is dedicated to
ensuring a humane environment for animals through care, kindness and community
education. The RCHS is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the
promotion of animal welfare through leadership, education and action. Our
various programs are focused to prevent pet overpopulation, animal abuse and
neglect. The RCHS receives no financial support from any national or local
humane organization, nor do they receive any

Boosters. Up to 5 names can be listed for birthdays, anniversaries and other
dates on the community calendar. Each additional listing is .75¢. Your calendar
