Deacon Sam Fuller, Ordination
Our deacon, Br. Sam Fuller,
will be ordained a priest next Saturday, June 7, by Cardinal O’Malley
O.F.M. Cap., the Archbishop of Boston, at
NEXT WEEKEND, Father Clyde Phillips, a Maryknoll missioner with experience in the
Philippines, will speak at all the Masses and give our parishioners an
opportunity to take part in the vital work of bringing Christ’s name and
Christ’s message to all people.
Those who wish will be
invited to sign up to receive Maryknoll magazine. Maryknoll never gives out the
addresses of those who sign up so you need not fear getting on lists for
receiving junk mail.
While at the parish, Father
Phillips will be happy to talk with any parishioners who are interested in
doing overseas mission work as a Maryknoll Priest, Sister, Brother or Lay
Missioner.
BISHOP’S
FUND
Please prayerfully consider a
sacrificial pledge to the 50th annual Bishop’s Fund by being
as generous as your means will allow. Last year donors generously gave an
average gift of $182. As always, every dollar donated to the Bishop’s
Fund is used solely for the many programs supported by the Bishop’s Fund.
